Monday

So its Monday!! First day of a new week. I got up really early and cleaned up here. I really felt like a house wife :P I did some homework, watched a movie, sat in the kitchen with the other people, took 2 naps and went to bed early!! I love england, its less cold then holland I guess and we dont have snow here!! So that is really good. Tomorrow on tuesday we will go to coventry to find some earrings for my mom and just see how coventry is. I never been there of course!!! I love speaking english but I also speak dutch to Aury. His house mates think its funny and they have no idea what we are saying!!
Well I will upload a message on tuesday too I guess and maybe some photos :)

Sunday (valentines day)

Hey!! So my second day in England was Valentinesday!! I ate breakfast with Aury, his mom and little brother and after that we got ready for church!! I went to the oxford ward and it was my first time I was going to a ward in a different country!! Im used to go in the Netherlands and not in England!! But it was really fun, they had lots of babies and of course I hold a baby :) She was 6 weeks old and super cute!! After church we went back home and ate lunch, then we packed our stuff to go to the university!! We arrived in the evening to the university and I just unpacked my stuff and being with Aury. We were in the kitchen also to meet some housemates here and that was fun!! So this is a short message but I will upload photo's on friday for this post!!

Saturday, first day in England!!

Hey everyone!! I am really excited to be in England. I got up at 6 am, then left the house around 7.15 am. Then I got to the airport around 7.30 am and I went to the ryanair desk. They called someone to tell I am in a wheelchair and they told me to come back around 8.45 am, so I did. They picked me up, brought me to customs, was done in 2 minutes there, then they brought me to the passport check and I was done in less then 10 seconds there and then to the gate. I must say being in a wheelchair is really easy if you want to fly because you are done in less then 5 minutes from the customs to the gate!! Everyone is really helpfull and they ask what you want. I need to do this more often :P

The flight to england was 40 minutes, so that was really short. I didnt got sick this time and I really liked the flight. The car drive to Aury's parents house took about 2,5 hours :( that was really long but it was all worth it, because I saw Aury when I got to the house. When we got here we ate something, played on the Wii, went swimming and now i'm waiting :P. We will celebrate chinese new year tonight so thats gonna be my first time to celebrate that :) I will meet my sister in law to be tonight and I met my father in law to be this afternoon :). Its really fun here and I love being with my Fiance!!

I will put some photo's with this message so everyone can read what I did today :P. I made photo's from the ride to here and I also made a photo from  STARBUCKS!!! yes you read it I saw starbucks, that was the first time in my life!!!!

Well I need to go now!! I will probably write a message tonight and upload some more photos :) otherwise you can read one tomorrow :)

Friday evening

So this is the last update before I leave for england, well at least I guess so :P. I just packed all my stuff and put it int he bag :) Its downstairs with the wheelchair now so I dont forget it. I also have all the medication and the medication passport now. I have my boarding pass ready and my ID. Its gonna be early tomorrow morning. I have to get up at 6.30, leave at 7.15 and be at the airport around 7.30. Then go to the sevice desk because of the wheelchair and check in. Then wait untill I can go in the aircraft and around 9.30 am it has to leave. I saw today and eindhoven airport that the aircraft from this morning a delay had for more then 30 minutes. I do not hope that for tomorrow. I wanna fly on time and arrive on time :) Aury's mom and I guess his little brother will be with her will pick me up at London Stansted. Then we will drive to Oxford and hopefully we will go swimming, then probably play on the Wii and then dinner. In the evening we will probably sit on the couch and watch some tv or play the Wii. I will find out on saturday. For now im going to finish this message, im going to bed early so I can wake up tomorrow morning. Wish me luck!!??!! this is the airport where my plane will departure

Today is the day before I leave for England. I will go to england for 7 days and I am really stoked. Ive been to England before but that is a long time ago and that was with school. We visit london back then and some places around there. I really had to get used to everything and the most weirdest part of being in England was that they drive on the wrong side of the road. They tell my they are driving on the correct side of the road but that is because they are used to that and i'm not. We will see how it goes when I will be living in England and have to drive there :) :P
Today is also the day I have to pack all my stuff. I already put everything on my desk and made a list so I dont forget anything. I made a list because I will have no check in baggage, so I am only aloud to bring 10 kilo's with me, so that means not enough and only 1 bag :(. But its really weird because im a girl but I packed my bag and its only 8 kilo's including everything what has to be inside the bag :) So thats really good. I will leave on saturday morning around 7.30 am, thats way to early for me because I like to sleep :). I have to get up at 6.30 am and thats even earlier :( We will see how I am going to do this :P. My plane will leave Holland around 9.30 am and I will arrive in London Stansted, England around 9.30 am too :) Funny he, Holland and England are having 1 hour time difference. In England its 1 hour earlier then in Holland.

For now I can be really excited and making myself crazy because I still gave to wait 19-20 hours before I can fly to England. And I will see my fiance in less then 24 hours!!!!!!! Thats is soo awesome :) :)

Tuesday februari 9, 2010 :)

After my ticket got cancelled I talked to my mom and dad about it. I did that so there was a change they would let me skip school and go to england. Well they didnt but they gaved me a other suprise. After I got home on tuesday evening my dad told me something about they wanted to go to spain in march. I told them they could go but because I'm in a wheelchair is not that easy for them. I cant travel by myself to school and they werent planning to go during a break so they had to think about it again. Then they asked me how much it costs to change the ticket in the week of februari 22 to a week earlier. I told them it will cost a new tickett and 50 euro's for changing the ticket. I already knew that was not cheap and so did they. Then they told me they needed rest so in other words, they wanted me to leave :) I didnt mind at all. They said they will pay a complete new ticket, bring me to the airport and pick me up and it is a present for my birthday. I told them they my birthday is still 6/7 months away so not even close but they told me they will pay for the tickett.

So around 10 pm they bought the ticket. They asked some information they needed and I gaved it to them. I was soo excited to hear this and I was really happy. It ment I was going to be with my fiance in less then a week from that date!! I went on skype and told him immideatly I was going to england on Saturday!! He was also really happy and we can be together on valentines day!! No its only sleeping 4 nights and then I will fly to england!!

School gaved the wrong information :( !!

Around januari Aury and I bought a ticket to go to England . I asked my school when I was having the carnaval break and they told me it was in the week of 22 februari 2010. So we bought the tickett. Then a couple of weeks later I found out that the holiday has changed :( so that ment I couldnt use the ticket anymore. I was really sad and frustrated about that and so was Aury. There was nothing I could change about it because I was during that time still in the hospital and I also had to change the ticket so I could bring the wheelchair for me.
